Shipping Information

From the moment you place and pay for your order we will attempt to get it picked, packed and posted within 2-4 days.

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless you have selected the Special Delivery option which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm after the item has been posted to you.

Note:
1. The Special Delivery service has to be requested before 14.00hrs or it will be dispatched the following day by Special Delivery there be any delay due to unforeseen circumstance we will notify you immediately.
2. Ordering over the weekend or during Bank Holidays may affect the delivery times of your orders.

In either case a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery.

Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. A Timeless Culture cannot be held responsible for the late/loss of delivery. Please see terms & conditions for further details.

UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next day before 1pm £6.00
Europe - Royal Mail International signed for 3-5 days £7.95
