Returns Policy / Returns Form

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@atimelessculture.com detailing your Product. No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the despatch note found on the outside of the parcel, replace the item in the parcel and send back to us at the address above.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, A Timeless Culture will arrange for an exchange. A Timeless Culture’s decision is final.

* A completed Returns Form
* All original packaging
* The original receipt, please keep a photocopy for your records
* And, of course, don't forget the product(s)

Please Note - We aim to refund all debited funds within 7 days of receiving any returned goods in its original condition, however please allow up to maximum of 30 days.
